Pakistan and Russia are going to initiate on June 15 final dialogue on price of the 1100 kilometers north-south gas pipeline which will be erected on build, own, operate and transfer basis (BOOT).
The project is going to be built under government-to-government arrangement. “We have held many meetings with Russian counterparts in one year and the June 15 meeting is going to be finalized and in that particular dialogue, the issue pertaining to the price of the pipeline will be resolved.”
The price negotiating committee, the minister said, has already cooked up the final price of the pipeline, but in the June 15 meeting, with the consultation and input from Russian side the final price will be figured out.
